I have not been to this place since we purchased our Jeep and Ram Truck. Something has changed on the service department. Before it seemed slow and unorganized, now it is definitely professional quick and friendly. Before, it took hours for simple services, now they get you in and out as promised, what ever you are doing, keep it up, definitely a positive experience that in the future I will choose them again in the future.

Exited off highway I-75 because I heard a scraping noise. Front piece under the grill was missing some screws/bolts or something. The piece was scraping up against the driver side tire of my Audi. The mechanic at ALM was nice enough to take a look at my car and do a temp fix until I can get to a Audi dealership. No appointment, no charge and within 15-20 minutes, I was back on I-75. Thanks guy!
