A diverse range of vehicles harnessing the latest technology make up the Hyundai lineup for 2024. Hyundai has focused its efforts on refining its most beloved names rather than introducing brand-new models in 2024. With sedans, SUVs, trucks, and electric vehicles, there's bound to be a new Hyundai that suits your taste, lifestyle, and budget. Take a closer look at all the vehicles in the 2024 Hyundai lineup.
If you appreciate the finer things in life, prepare to fall in love with the Hyundai Sonata. Arguably the most refined Hyundai in the fleet, this elegant sedan features a spacious cabin updated for the new model year. A redesigned steering wheel, center console, and dashboard make the interior feel even more refined. The new pair of 12.3-inch infotainment screens take their cues from European luxury vehicles. The new option of all-wheel drive makes the standard 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine more appealing.
Compact but mighty, don't underestimate the 2024 Hyundai Elantra. This already stylish sedan gets new lights, wheels, and color options in 2024. However, its appeal goes well below its sleek exterior. Its cabin is surprisingly spacious, especially in the rear seat where passengers often feel the squeeze. Small cars like this are always fuel efficient, but if you really want to cut your carbon footprint, consider the hybrid option. Haptic feedback for driver assistance functions, rear side-impact air bags, and a rear-seat seat belt reminder are now standard and making the Elantra even safer.
The Venue continues to be one of the best-value vehicles in the Hyundai fleet in 2024. Despite its low base price, it comes with so many of the features other manufacturers charge extra for like a generous 8-inch touch screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a six-speaker sound system, and driver-assistance technologies like lane keep assist and forward collision avoidance assist. Its responsive steering works with its compact dimensions for easy maneuvering through traffic. A 121-horsepower, four-cylinder engine makes the Venue fuel-efficient at every trim level
The Kona is a little larger than the Venue, but it doesn't have any trouble squeezing into tight parking spaces or maneuvering through traffic. It's available with four powertrains: a standard 147-horsepower 2.0-liter engine, a peppy turbocharged 1.6-liter engine, a 133-horsepower all-electric motor, and a 201-horsepower electric motor. All those choices mean that whether you favor gas-powered or electric vehicles, you can get the power you crave under the hood. Both versions are more stylish and spacious this year to make motoring more comfortable.
Hyundai also offers traditional and alternative fuel options for the Tucson. A 2.5-liter four-cylinder motor powers the gas version and there are hybrid and plug-in hybrid options if you'd prefer a more sustainable vehicle. In 2024, you can get the N-Line trim in the hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles for the first time. Hyundai's also rolled the 10.3-inch infotainment screen out into all trim levels and added more standard safety features, like rear side air bags and haptic feedback which vibrates the steering wheel to alert you to lane drifts and hazards in your blind spot.
Hyundai has made bold moves in redesigning the Santa Fe for 2024. Its big, boxy silhouette is dramatically different from so many vehicles on the road, which is, of course, part of its appeal. Hyundai's also added a third row of seating, perfect for growing families, without sacrificing space. In fact, the new Santa Fe offers even more cargo room and rear seat legroom than the previous version. The 2024 Santa Fe is available with a turbocharged 2.5-liter in-line four or hybrid powertrain.
If you believe bigger is better, the Palisade may be your dream car. The largest SUV in the Hyundai fleet, it's a family vehicle made for adventures. Inside the spacious cabin, you'll find three rows of seating accommodating up to eight people. There's also plenty of space for cargo, with ample room behind the seats, cubbies throughout the cabin, and a hidden compartment under the load floor. The black-accented Calligraphy Night Edition trim joins the Palisade family this year.
Introduced in 2022, the Santa Cruz is a relative newcomer to the Hyundai family. However, this practical pickup has quickly made its mark. While it's got the pulling power and payload capacity you'd expect from a pickup, it feels more like an SUV than a truck on the road. The ride is remarkably smooth and the handling is responsive, so it makes a great city vehicle. In 2024, Hyundai replaced the SEL Premium trim with a luxurious new XRT option. It's also enhanced its driver assistance features with haptic feedback at all trim levels.
The 2024 Hyundai Nexo is on the cutting edge of technology. One of just two hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles available in the United States, the Nexo can refuel in just five minutes. As America has limited hydrogen fueling stations, the 2024 Hyundai Nexo is currently only available in California.
The IONIQ 5 is the first of two all-electric vehicles Hyundai offers. This crossover is the more spacious option, boasting plenty of headroom, legroom, and cargo room. Its standard battery and rear-mounted electric motor generate 168 horsepower. A long-range 225-horsepower battery and an all-wheel drive 320-horsepower dual motor are also available
The IONIQ 6 is an all-electric sedan, with a maximum driving range of 361 miles. This bests most of its class rivals and makes the IONIQ 6 an excellent option for commuting. While it's not as large as the IONIQ 5, the cabin's open, minimalist design makes it feel very spacious
